The port of toledo’s wooden boat show located in toledo, oregon, is held annually on the third weekend of august.this is a free, family-friendly, weekend event to celebrate toledo’s boat building heritage.. The port of toledo wooden boat show is one of the coots' favorite events. the organizers treat us real good, and there are lots of interesting boats and nice people there. although not a coot sponsored event, the toledo boat show is a major coot gathering, and the oregon coots chapter of the traditional small craft association (tsca ) holds its. Since 1983, riverswest small craft center has been promoting the use of sustainable, beautiful boats built to operate on the human scale. for some of our members, that means restoring historically correct wooden boats. for others, it is a chance to design and build with the support and input of a like-minded group..
