About hydrojet. the hydrojet was conceived and built by the late mike bonner. commissioned by rj and the hydrojet llc, which is a commercial and pleasure boat builder.. First time on the hydro jet boat it was awesome jumping big waves. didn’t see any dolphins but it was mid day. the girl working was really nice and made it super fun for everyone.. A jetboat is a boat propelled by a jet of water ejected from the back of the craft. unlike a powerboat or motorboat that uses an external propeller in the water below or behind the boat, a jetboat draws the water from under the boat through an intake and into a pump-jet inside the boat,.
A hydroplane (or hydro, or thunderboat) is a fast motorboat, where the hull shape is such that at speed, the weight of the boat is supported by planing forces, rather than simple buoyancy. a key aspect of hydroplanes is that they use the water they are on for lift rather than buoyancy , as well as for propulsion and steering : when travelling.
