I had a fuel tank leak in my last boat. i couldn't get it to leak with air but it would not hold a vacum. i never actually found the crack after cutting up the tanks. our guess up is it was hair line and to small to see, the tank would only leak when it was rough out, the boat must have twisted just enough to make it drip a little..
