Four Winns Boat Floor Repair

I am the third owner of a 1999 four winns horizon 190. ever since i bought the boat 3 years ago i have noticed a soft spot in the floor. it is right in front of the engine compartment and just about to the ski locker.. 1989 four winns 180 horizon. this boat was purchased 2 years ago with a cracked block. while removing the engine, the bulkhead forward of the engine compartment was found rotted. further investigation found the fuel tank areaand the floor stringer boards rotten. the floor stringers in the fuel tank area have been replaced..
